Account and eligibility information
When you register, we record the email address, screen name, date of birth and country you provide. A password is stored as a secure hash rather than readable text. We use this information to provide account access, establish adult eligibility and support the service.
A guest session uses a generated account identifier and the eligibility confirmations you submit. Guest sessions do not require an email address. Essential session storage keeps the guest's recorded balance and game state associated with that browser session.
Play, progress and preferences
We record game identifiers, round references, play levels, results, fictional-credit changes and timestamps to maintain a consistent balance, restore interrupted rounds and prevent duplicate charges. We also retain earned experience, saved games, table names and preferences such as sound or session-reminder intervals.
Break and exclusion settings are recorded to enforce the restrictions you request. Preference selections do not change a game's probability settings or award outcomes.
Support and security
A support request records your reply email, chosen topic, message, reference number, submission time and account identifier when you are signed in. Send only what is necessary to explain the issue. Do not submit passwords, payment information, identity documents or detailed medical information.
Security controls use limited request information, including hashed rate-limit identifiers and expiry times, to deter repeated abuse. Session and recovery tokens are protected and used only for the relevant access or security purpose.
Cookies and optional tracking
Essential cookies support sign-in, form security and saved preferences. Optional Google Analytics follows the consent controls described below. The Cookie Policy explains the actual storage names, purposes and durations. Cookie Preferences provides a direct way to review and save your choices.
Use, sharing and retention
Information is used to operate the account and game experience, respond to requests, enforce eligibility and Player Care settings, investigate misuse and meet applicable obligations. We do not sell account or play information.
Technical service providers may process only the information needed to deliver a configured service. We do not publish your email, date of birth, private credit history or support messages in the public catalogue. Operational records are retained while needed for those purposes, with periodic review and removal or anonymisation where continued identification is unnecessary.
Your requests and choices
You may contact the Concierge Desk to ask about access, correction or deletion of your account information. A reasonable identity check may be needed before responding to an account-specific request. Some records may need to be retained to honour a live exclusion, resolve a dispute or comply with an applicable obligation.
You can change session preferences and saved games through your account, use Player Care to restrict play, and review Cookie Preferences at any time. Questions about privacy can also be submitted through the support form.
Optional Google Analytics
A Google Analytics tag is present on application pages. Measurement and optional analytics storage remain disabled until you accept Analytics in Cookie Preferences. Analytics measures public page visits only; account, authentication, recovery and game-session pages do not send measurement events.
Google may process technical device and public page-view data outside your country, including in the United States. We do not send account details, credentials, recovery links, game outcomes or credit balances. Google Signals and advertising personalisation remain disabled. When accepted, Google's _ga and _ga_* first-party cookies can retain an analytics identifier for up to two years. You can decline or withdraw consent at any time through Cookie Preferences; remove existing analytics cookies through your browser settings.
