Who may take a seat
Vangard NGR is an entertainment-only social casino for people aged 18 or over. You must provide accurate eligibility information and comply with any additional requirements that apply where you access the service. Do not use another person's account or help an ineligible person play.
Creating an account requires a screen name, date of birth, country, email address and password, together with acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Guest sessions require an adult-age confirmation and acceptance of the same product rules.
Play Credits stay in the experience
All play uses fictional, non-transferable Play Credits with no monetary value. Credits cannot be purchased, sold, exchanged, sent to another person or redeemed. Vangard NGR offers no cash winnings or prizes of value.
An eligible new account or guest session starts with 100,000 Play Credits. A daily allocation of 25,000 Play Credits may be claimed once every 24 hours from the last successful claim. Allocations are optional and do not create any entitlement to money or goods.
Rounds and recorded results
The server determines and records each round, its play level, result and fictional-credit adjustment. Presentation effects explain that recorded result. If a connection is interrupted, use the game's recovery or retry flow so the same recorded round is restored.
A feature awaiting a choice must be completed before another round begins. A saved choice is final. Game descriptions and play-style labels describe the experience rather than guaranteeing an award. Social casino outcomes do not predict real-money gambling results.
Your account responsibilities
Keep your password private and use accurate account information. Do not use automation to play, abuse free allocations, create repeated accounts to bypass limits, manipulate requests, exploit errors, interfere with other users or attempt to access information that is not yours.
Report a suspected error or account-access problem to the Concierge Desk. Do not include your password, payment details or identity documents in a support message.
Player Care and access restrictions
Session reminders, voluntary breaks and self-exclusion controls are available through Player Care. A selected break or exclusion blocks play and credit claims immediately for its stated duration. Access to account information and support remains available.
An account may be restricted where necessary to enforce eligibility, investigate abuse, protect the service or honour a requested play restriction. Fictional credits are not a financial account and carry no cash entitlement when access ends.
Artwork, software and availability
The site's original identity, artwork, interface and game presentations are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. You may use them through the provided personal entertainment experience. These Terms do not grant a right to redistribute the service or its assets.
Games and features may change, and access may occasionally be interrupted by maintenance or a technical issue. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that a particular game will remain available indefinitely. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Updates and questions
Material changes to these Terms will be reflected in the effective date and, where appropriate, communicated through the account experience. Contact the Concierge Desk if you need help understanding a rule, reporting a problem or making a privacy request.
